Where do downloads appear?
Eligible digital resources appear in the WBW Library after a completed internal Shop purchase. Academy courses appear in the Academy classroom.
Are courses self-paced?
Course and journey pages identify their format before purchase. Self-paced materials remain available through the account experience stated on the offer.
How do refunds and external purchases work?
